PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THESE TERMS INCLUDE A “DISPUTES” SECTION CONTAINING AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE WHICH REQUIRES, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US WILL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION. IT ALSO CONTAINS A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER.

8. Disputes and Arbitration (U.S. and Canada)
Binding Arbitration: You and Voluntary Founders agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except for small claims court matters or intellectual property infringement.
Informal Resolution: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to notify us at our principal place of business and attempt an informal dispute resolution for a period of 45 days.
Waiver of Jury Trial: You and Voluntary Founders waive any constitutional and statutory rights to sue in court and have a trial in front of a judge or a jury.
Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of this Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first becoming subject to these Terms.
9. Applicable Law
If you access the Site from the United States or Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. If accessed from elsewhere, English law shall govern, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site without notice for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user or Voluntary Founders.
