Andrew Kiguel
Andrew Kiguel is the co-founder and CEO of Tokens.com, a publicly listed company that invests in Metaverse real estate, DeFi and NFT related digital assets. Andrew also co-founded and is the former CEO of Hut 8 Mining, one of the largest publicly listed bitcoin miners in the world.
Prior to that, Andrew spent 20 years as an investment banker with a focus on technology and real estate. Andrew is an accomplished executive with leadership experience in capital markets, corporate governance and entrepreneurship.
Eric Abrahams
Eric has substantial experience in developing and deploying algorithmic trading and broader automation software. His primary area of expertise has been within the emerging area of cryptocurrency and digital assets. He is co-founder and Lead Software Engineer of Halgo Integrated Trading Systems (HITS) where he has led the development and deployment of trading systems that have done over half a billion dollars of nominal trading volume since HITS’ inception in 2018. He was also Lead Developer for Hulk Labs, specializing in crypto-asset automation and P2E gaming integration. Prior to his time with HITS and Hulk Labs, Eric had a high level role as a business consultant with particular experience managing large projects, establishing strong client relations and working alongside government and industry through public engagement projects.
Martin Bui
Martin Bui graduated from York University with a degree in Accounting & Finance and has since worked for both private and publicly listed companies in various industries including manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and cryptocurrency. Martin most recently spent three years at Hut 8 Mining, leading the financial reporting and corporate finance functions.
A seasoned professional, aside from knowledge of technical accounting and finance, Martin also brings necessary experience in corporate governance, capital markets, and public companies compliance requirements.
Jennifer Karkula
Jennifer comes from a financial service background having worked at Canada’s top banks including TD and the Bank of Montreal. Now pursuing her passion in web3, NFTs and the metaverse. She specializes in translating technical information into accessible language and promotes the importance of a business’ web3 presence. Jennifer works across the organization and with external stakeholders to elevate engagement with the market and deliver value to its clients.
